    Chancellors Manage the guild bank and ensure its cleaned up things are in the right tabs and they also auction off or change(through trade skills) items in the guild bank to more useful ones. Ideally a chancellor should know how to make money with the guild bank via the AH, and keep the guild appraised on what items are necessary for the guild bank and which are just trash. All money made this way is given back to the guild bank, but for the chancellor's efforts they are allotted a small portion of the sales.



    **NOTE: chancellors have considerable power over the guild bank and as a result must be hack free or possess a means never to be hacked, i.e. an authenticator
    **The Nominee with the most votes will receive the promotion once the polls have closed.
    **NOTE: Two positions may be offered this time around as chancellor

    I need to be bumped back up to chancellor. I was demoted after being falsely accused of putting something offensive on Raeva's guild note. I was never promoted back up.

    Gee Arg, for all the many months I was Chancellor before promoted to Primarch, I never got a portion of the takings! No fair!

    After tracing, some of the votes were duplicated from a duplicate IP address. However, after processing these votes for the total 16 votes, Voltan is the new voted in chancellor with 7 votes. Heal received 6 and was previously a chancellor and as stated there will most likely be two chancellors voted. In addition heal is also a chancellor as well. In short Voltan and Heal are our new chancellors. Sam received 3 votes.
