    Chancellor handle guild bank funds. On a regular basis they manage the guild bank use auctioneer and use guild items donated to raise funds for the guild bank. So being auctioneer savy is a plus. Aside from management, they need to keep the guild bank organized, keep the guild bank fairly active and keep the MOTD abreast as to what the Guild Bank needs.
