Is the progression topic open for the members to be allow to offer input for, or does the hierarchy control such matters? It sounded from the last meeting like we've got an oligarchy currently, and that we're supposed to be progressing towards some sort of democratic venue for guild leadership? I suppose I should have inquired at the time, but I was otherwise engaged during the meeting.

Also, are there any level requirements for progression within the guild?

Argius and I had the vision to be very democratic with the guild. We want everyone to have input on how it is ran and who it is ran by. We welcome input on all topics regarding the guild so if you have some ideas or input on the current structure please let us know.

To start with, are both Borbosha and Argius main characters, or are they alts?

Secondly, would you mind hinting at exactly what direction the both of you are intending to take the guild, or would be rather, if there was no other input to effect your decision?

Argius and Borbosha are our main characters, though Argius has been playing his alt lately.

We are aiming to have a democratic guild that takes itself in the direction that it's members want. We want to have members who feel at home in the guild and we want our members to be helpful to, and respectful of, the other members. Eventually we expect to start doing some casual raiding and PvP as well, though right now we want to focus on providing leveling and questing support to help our members through the game.

Well, I can say from quite a bit of personal experience that 'casual raiding' is most commonly called, 'frustrating and expensive raiding'. Unless your intention is to do old world content with your raiding, and even then it can be  troublesome. The 10 man content in WotLk is not a cake walk either, and at points is actually even more difficult than its 25 man counterparts.

Though, 'casual PVP' seems to work out very well for everyone involved, and it's a terrific group sport. You can do fairly well at any gear or skill level, and if you fail you get back up and keep going, there's no great loss or major expense to it.

Also do you or Argius have designs on a VOIP of some sort? Again from experience, VOIP does a lot to make both instancing and PVP quite a bit more fun.

Lastly, what is the RPing stance of the guild, as it sits now?

We will probably setup a Vent or Teamspeak server eventually, but right now we aren't focused on anything that would need it. The cost for those can be kinda high so for the time being we are holding off.
